Living in a flat
In this task, you are going to share your ideas about living in a flat.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of living in a flat?
Some people prefer living in a flat whereas some other peaople prefer living in a house with a garden.I prefer living a villa because it is comfortable than a flat.I wouldn't live in a flat I am afraid of height. It hasn't got big enough bedroms the kitchen isn'tbig enough and bathrooms are very small so it's not comfortable to live in a flat and It hasn't a garden so I wouldn't live in a flat. I would never enjoy spending my time in a flat but just for two people living in a flat would be enough because They are not a big family so they would like to live in a flat.
I prefer living in a house, with your own garden, playground and swimming-pool, but flat is much cheaper( But if the flat is spacious and well-decorated, it's fine. And also I like it when my neighbours are close to me (On the other hand, they may call the police, when I'm too loud or when I have a party, crap!)
