Writing topic 35. Pros and Cons.
In this task we are going to share our views on the following topic.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of being famous?
Many people want to be famous, they want to be known by everybody. However being famous has lot of disadventages . First of all, you dont have any privacy and private life. I think it is the worst effect of being famous. People who are famous are always followed by journalist, papparazzis in their lives. For instance, they watch famous people going out with their friends and then, the next day, this will be a flash news on Television, 'we caught him with his new girl friend!' This is the life of papparizzis. They are not sure when they make news and lot of news arent published on the right but it isnt important for papparazis whether the news is true or not. They are more interested in how many viewer follow their news. Secondly, famous people dont have enough time to spend with their family. Many famous people marries and later they get divorced becaouse of bad effects of being famous.They dont have regularly life. For examples famous singers go away from their country to give concerts for a week or two. Thirdly, they have really hard life. They have to work long hours and also their lives can be stressful. This might not good for their health. In sum, I strongly believe that famous people dont have privacy although they have fame and money. I cant believe why people want to be famous. I prefer simple and a peaceful life because I want to spend quality time with my family and be happy.
Some people are happy to have an ordinary life whereas some prefer to be famous. However, being famous or being a celebrity has both advantages and disadvantages.
There are several advantages of being famous.First of all, you have a very comfortable life because you earn a lot of money. Consequently, you can buy everything and anything you want. You can, for instance, purchase tickets to travel to space as the first tourists.Secondly, you have the opportunity to help those who are in need. Thirdly, you have lots of fans and everyne knows you and follows you.
On the other hand, being rich has several disadvantages. First of all, you have no privacy as journalist follow you everywhere, you cannot feel comfortable when you go out. Secondly, you might have enemies, and some people might be jealous of you so they might start to give damage to your career and gossiping might be a terrible attitude to put you down emotionally. Thirdly, your life might be in danger sometime since there are some bad people out there and they might ask for ransom and death threat might be another danger for instance which means that they disturb you and donot let you live in peace.
In sum, I believe that disadvantages outweight the advantages. I believe that if you are known by everyone, you donot have privacy or a comfortable life.
Famous people have really hard life.Their life is always active.They do lots of things in a day.If you are a famous person,you are very bussy.You must keep fit so you should go to the fitness.You should do some exercise regularly.You should work hard and update yourself regularly other singers,new songs and music technology.Ofcourse its just for music stars.If you are an actor/actress or other famous person,its different.You must follow the events around you. If you are famous,you have a lot of fans.They like you and most of them want to see you.When they see you ,they want to get signature or take a photo with you.Its very important for them.Its not very easy because sometimes maybe you should go to an important place and you are busy but they might be insisting on it.It might drive you crazy but you cant show it to them.You should keep calm.If you cant control your anger,you will lose your fame.On the other hand ,for example you want to meet your girl friend or a family member but you are always busy so you cant spend enough time for them.Sometimes you cant find time for lunch because you might forget about it.Its not good for your health. Shortly,if you are famous,you can be a popular and rich but it doesnt mean that you dont need privacy,family life or time for yourself..
Some people prefer to be famous.However,some people don't want to be famous.I personally believe that being famous has both advantages and disadvantages.I think,being famous people can't feel relaxed and confortable since.They have to explain everything to public.They don't have private life.This is not good for them.They earn a lot of money and they enjoy life.These are good things but they are living difficult life.They are working a long hours and they don't have enough time for holidays.They work during holidays.İt ıs a very difficult life style for them.If they make a mistake,everybody will know about that.They should be carefull in their private life. I believe that,İt is not a peacefull way of life. They don't have a regular life or a family life.The most valuable thing in life is to have life and a private life. In conclusion,I bleive that being famous has more disadvantages than advantages.In my opınıon,Peacefull life is important and you should love.
