  2. Sport is of the most important activities in our lives,especially for our health.
    Eveybody at every age should do sport firstly.Sport makes you keep fit and it helps you lose weight,too.We should do sport eveyday because it makes you feel younger than you are and makes you feel full of energy and you fell happy.A person who does sport doesn't get tired easily.If you have an illness such as blood pressure,diabetic,heart diseases,you must do sport a hour a day.Doctors recommend you to do sport at least twenty minute eveyday for healthy body.When we sweat the harmful waste of our body comes out.We should also drink two litres of water a day.
    In sum,i believe that,doing sports is necessary for healthy mind and healthy body

  3. People must do sports regularly. Moment and activities are necessary for healthy boly, but do we do sports regularly? Nowaday, most of the time, busy people don't find enoung time for themselves. Unfortunately, system don't allow this. Especially parents or inviduals who have responsibilities at work at certain time and they usually eat fast food. If they do sports, they will also get rid of theseunwanted kilos which means that by losing kilos. They will regain their healthy body and they will fed happy. Also, most people spend time on the Internet, infront of TV or sleeping in bed. They usually don't move, but they must do sport at least once or twice a week. Yes, these days, we like spending time on social network, but we need to do sports. If they do sports, they will socialise and meet real people out there are many good people to talk to out there. They will be happy to belong to a group. So, will have healthy and beautiful bodies and will be happy. When we do sports, we forget about our problems and feel a bit relief from lesson. You feel relaxed and happy. Thirly some time, if a person do sport regularly, he or she will has ore somart brain, We musnt forhet and we must five importance to them. One of my ancestry had said. There is a healthy brain in a healthy badly finally when we do sports we forget about our problems and feel a bit relief form reason You feel relaxed and happience. Blood's pumped into the heart and our system works well.
    Therefore we must allow time sport we mustnt afraid move. We can run at least at the streets, but we have to move of course. This is compulsory for health.

I thınk people should play sports regularly firstly because ıt ıs a very usefull activity for themselves and their health.Secondly,It makes over daily life busy.we relax when we do sports and our brain relaxes.As we forget all our problems.It ıs healthy because,our blood circulates in our body.Thats why it help us to stay younger and keep fit.Of course,Nobody say that we must professionel sportsman and nobody say that we must do so much exercise for our muscles.
    Today,doing exercise is becaming more popular bacause doctors say that we have to exercıse every mornıng -Just a few sımple exercises and to run a few kilometres.It ıs just all.Wht not ? Yes,I agree that.Sometimes,it is so difficult to get up and sometimes we are lazy to do exercise but ı think we should try to do it by ourselves.If we can not even wake up early than we should try to spend some time for fitness,aeorobics,joga or just for swimming. It wıll make your spirits high and make your life more expressive and meaningfull.You wıll fell happier.It ıs also fun to join in some activities and meet some people and make friends.Try it,Maybe you can get some success.

  5. In my opinion poeople should play sports regularly. The main reason why everyone should participate in sports, is to be active, stay healthy, stay out of trouble, to make friends and to meet new people.
    First of all our lungs full of fresh air while we are playing sports and we get rid of stress. Playing sports make us tried so we need to drink more water so its good for our health. Also its good for our body too. We have strong muscles because of playing sports regularly.
    Secondly, playing sports is a good way to meet new people and to make new friends. Its is amazing how people who play sports together have a bond with eachother, a bond that is hard to break. When you play sports you learn how to have teamwork. A sport is something that you have to learn how to play together as one.
